AIPO was formed after consultation with the NGO’s in Nkangala to address the marginalization of neglect of the people and corruption in our municipalities.  AIPO is a residents organization for the people of Dr. JS Moroka and Thembisile Hani municipalities.  We are however  prepared to expand to any municipality where our services are needed.  AIPO was formed for the following purpose:

• To save the people from being marginalized and neglected by the ruling party
• To take Dr. JS Moroka and Thembisile Hani Municipalities back to the people
• To stop our municipalities from being turned into money milking cows by few individuals 
• To stop corruption and to use the little money budgeted for our municipalities for the right purpose and to render services to the people.
